Within 14 days of your purchase, the product must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a full refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in.

After 30 days of your purchase, only products with quality problems during the warranty period are accepted for returns.

To schedule a return, please reach out to the manager at support@onemilebike.com for step-by-step instructions. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.

You’ll receive a full refund for items returned in a new, unused condition or items that have quality problems in the warranty period. Refunds and credits are issued in 3-5 business days as soon as your return is received by the Returns Department. The money will be back in your credit card or Paypal account in 7 business days once refunds are issued.

Be sure to email at contact@onemilebike.com to confirm before returning the item, the exact return address will be given. Otherwise, the goods cannot be received and the return request cannot be processed.

The products purchased directly from Onemile are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase or delivery date, whichever is later. Replacement parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of the applicable Warranty Period.

Shipping charges for returns are not credited unless there is a defect in the product. No other fees will be charged. Damage claims must be reported to Onemile within 10 days of delivery.
